Country Basket Garden Centre has stocked some exclusive new varieties of boxwood, being offered for the first time ever in Canada. The four varieties are bred to resist Boxwood Blight and common pests. They can grow in full sun to part shade.
Renaissance Boxwood:
Grows 1-2' in height and width. Dense, low growth is great for low hedges and requires almost no pruning.
Babylon Beauty Boxwood:
Grows 3' in height and width. Great as a foundation planting or hedge.
Heritage Boxwood:
Grows 3-4' high and 2-3' wide. Makes a great hedge or taller foundation plant.
Skylight Boxwood:
Grows 6-8' tall and 3-4' wide. Suitable for a privacy screen or taller hedge.

This compact (4-5' high, 3-4' wide) shrub bears large, white, fragrant double flowers with a citrusy scent. It's disease-resistant and prefers full sun.
